MedHuts supports healthcare providers who are covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). When we handle protected health information (PHI) on behalf of a client, we act as a business associate under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA).We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect PHI, limit access to staff who need it and train our team on privacy requirements.
Please do not submit PHI through website contact forms. Use the secure channels agreed with your account manager.
